bakery dish washer and prep person needed

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dish Washer / prep person to join our team and ensure that our kitchen is clean and well-maintained. The Dish Washer will be responsible for washing dishes, pots, and pans,making sure all dishes are clean and put away correctly , cleaning kitchen sink and surround area, sweeping and mopping and trash , assisting with daily and weekly prep and unloading truck and restocking.  other duties as requestedas well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy objects. ablility to assist with weekly food prep and other baking and cleaning duties and follow basic instructions and procedures! 

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand

  drying dishes and putting them back in correct location 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and mopping the floor and cleaning equipment and surfaces

  Prepping daily and weekly bakery foods and orders 

• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies unloading truck as needed

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

  Able to work in fast pace, changing work environment and responsibilities as they arise

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
