Bakery Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the follow:
- Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
- Advising customers on baked goods selection and taking orders.
- Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.
- Bake and decorate our Hershey's products (cookies, brownies, etc)
- Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
- Monitoring quality control of all baked goods.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Must initiate contact with our guests by being courteous and greeting them with a smile.
