Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Bakers for available positions. We are looking for dependable individuals with baking experience who can prepare high-quality baked goods while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, and other components
- Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
- Decorate and finish baked goods as required
- Maintain proper food storage and inventory levels
- Keep baking areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with other kitchen and food preparation duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous baking or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to follow recipes and accurately measure ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
