Bread Baker - Missouri Athletic Club - Downtown

We are seeking a Baker for our Downtown Clubhouse.
Bread Baker Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
Develop, execute, and refine recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
Monitor ingredients and finished products to maintain quality standards.
Manage production schedules to ensure efficient preparation and baking.
Process customer orders and maintain ingredient and supply inventory.
Assist the Pastry Chef with daily operations and special requests.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Bread Baker Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Worker, or similar role.
Knowledge of commercial baking equipment, food safety practices, and cake decorating techniques.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Customer-focused attitude and flexibility to work early morning shifts.
Culinary certification preferred but not required.
