The Role:
As our Baker, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and baking yeast, cake, and filled donuts according to our recipes and quality standards
• Preparing kolaches and other specialty baked items
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
• Ensuring all products meet our quality and freshness standards
• Working independently during early morning hours to ensure products are ready for store opening

This position requires a graveyard shift starting at 2:00 AM. Baking experience is preferred but not required we're willing to train the right candidate who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking.
