Job Summary
We are seeking a Baker to join the team at Dunkin! In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads and pastries. You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads and donuts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• Bake a variety of breads, donuts and muffins
• Prepare custom orders
• Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary  

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred 
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Previous experience decorating pastries 
• Ability to thrive in a solo team setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team player
• Available for early morning shifts
