Baker Requirements:
- Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a guest driven high-volume restaurant environment

- Experience in food preparation preferred, but not required

- Follow recipes and production standards to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following food safety guidelines
- Support team operations and provide friendly assistance to guests as needed
