Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc., following traditional and modern recipes.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage baking supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Adjust oven temperatures and bake times to produce consistent quality results.
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and fillings to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker or relevant role.
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.
