Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM–3:30 PM

What You'll Do as a Bagging Automation Operator:- Configure and set up bagging and packaging equipment for production runs
- Load, operate, and monitor automated bagging machinery to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot machine issues and respond quickly to production concerns
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine adjustments and equipment monitoring
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while wearing required PPE
- Support team production efforts and communicate equipment concerns as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Bagging Automation Operator Role:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and production schedules in English
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform tasks requiring good finger dexterity
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must successfully complete the introductory period per company policy
