Description
Bacon Processing Line Associate
Join the food production team at Fresh Mark in Massillon, OH, where you’ll help keep our high-quality bacon and related products moving from production to packaging. This is a full-time role with multiple shift options.
What your day looks like
Work as part of a close-knit crew on a modern production floor. You’ll follow safety procedures, stay active on your feet, and contribute to consistent, efficient output in a cold manufacturing environment.
Compensation and growth
- Hourly rates ranging from $15.00-$20.80/hr.
- Hourly rate is determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.
- Opportunity to bid to higher paying positions after 3 months.
Schedules
Multiple shifts are available Monday–Saturday. Final schedule is determined by position and discussed during the interview.
- 1st Shift: 6am–2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 3pm–Midnight
- 3rd Shift: 10pm–6am
What you bring
- Commitment to all safety and security procedures.
- Comfort working in a cold manufacturing setting.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day.
- Capability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods with regular bending and twisting.
