Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Backhoe Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating backhoe equipment to assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
Responsibilities
- Operate backhoe machinery to perform excavation and trenching tasks as required by project specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety and reliability.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere strictly to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and site personnel to coordinate workflow and ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite and report any hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Assist with other construction duties as assigned to support project objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backhoe Operator in construction or related industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of excavation methods, equipment operation, and maintenance.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to adhere to strict safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism on site.
- Valid operator certification or license is preferred.
- Physical stamina to operate heavy machinery and perform manual labor as needed.
