    Position Purpose: Daily administration of tickets in the HR Operations queue for background check support ensuring response within one business day of receiving an inquiry

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform background verifications consistent to client specifications.
    • Administer background check escalations consistent with MBO background check program guidelines.
    • Independently review consumer reports; clearing Talent to engage on client projects and/or complete the adverse action process.
    • Manage the background check program in line with MBO's risk tolerance and adhering to all federal / state / local regulations.
    • Answer questions from internal teams on background program compliance.
    • Implement new client requirements with vendors in collaboration with the Sr. Director of HR Operations.
    • Perform user audits for data security requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a professional business environment, ideal work experience is customer service, human resources, or administration. Background Screening system experience preferred
    • Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to quickly comprehend new concepts and drive them through to execution
    • Comfortable navigating different POVs and assisting Clients with the adoption of changes required to achieve their business objectives
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to achieve the defined outcome
