Inpatient overflow unit w/mixed level of care- medical surgical and/or step-down patients bedded on this unit. Patient Ratios 1:5/ 1:6 stretch dependent on level of care.

Short stay (<24 hr LOS) patients target to this unit.
Quick turnover
Type of equipment telemetry; if telemetry monitoring indicated, all patients hardwired to bedside monitor.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS and ACLS
Floating Area(s):
Travelers will be required to float to other units if needed.

Scrub Color/Attire - Navy and or/ white top, navy bottom, all white
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
Every other weekend required, no call required
