Description:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer with 8 15 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Oracle, and PL/SQL, along with experience in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management domains.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RESTful web services for seamless application integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
  • Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL.
  • Build enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Spring Core.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills:

  • 8 15 years of Java development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java and SOLID Principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Microservices.
  • Experience developing RESTful Web Services.
  • Strong experience with Apache Kafka.
  • Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
  • Experience with distributed systems and enterprise application architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Domain Experience:

  • Cards & Payments
  • Asset & Wealth Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of enterprise Java development experience.
  • Strong understanding of backend application design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
