What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and FastAPI to support high-performance applications.
- Implement and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Utilize MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval, optimizing database performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Monitor and visualize system performance metrics with Grafana, ensuring optimal functionality of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
- Write asynchronous Python code and utilize tools like Temporal and SpiceDB for enhanced application workflows.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of experience in backend engineering or infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB, and performance optimization techniques.
Preferred
- Experience with monitoring and visualization tools, especially Grafana.
- Knowledge of AI integration and experience with OpenAI technologies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile development practices.
Compensation and Benefits
