Support Sales Front Office teams with technical quotations, special pricing requests, and commercial proposals. Prepare and manage customer quotations using internal proposal and costing tools. Validate pricing, costs, lead times, feasibility, and commercial compliance before order acceptance. Process, validate, and administer customer orders within SAP and internal business systems. Ensure accuracy of customer, pricing, quantity, and delivery information throughout the order lifecycle. Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, and Logistics teams to ensure successful order execution. Monitor commercial risks, exceptions, and approval requirements while maintaining contractual compliance. Act as a key liaison between customer-facing sales teams and internal operational departments. Support invoicing readiness, forecasting, budgeting, and order income reporting activities. Maintain complete documentation, audit trails, and traceability from quotation through order fulfilment. Assist with supplier quotation activities and equipment sourcing requirements for customer tenders. Drive process improvements that enhance quote accuracy, turnaround time, and overall commercial efficiency.
