A financial advisory office is seeking a sharp, self-driven Back Office Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone behind a busy, highly intelligent lead financial adviser. This role is built for someone who thrives on ownership — pulling information out of busy people, following up relentlessly, and executing without hand-holding. The position is hybrid with significant flexibility for the right person, plus real room to grow and learn.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Manage client accounts from start to finish, including opening and setting up Schwab accounts
• Collect documents, paperwork, and key information from clients
• Gather life insurance and property insurance information

Adviser Support

• Review and follow up on meetings held by the lead financial adviser
• Pull needed information out of a busy owner and keep projects moving forward

Follow-Up & Execution

• Deliver tremendous customer service in every client interaction
• Own follow-up with clients and see tasks through to completion
• Work independently and execute with minimal oversight
