Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency and excellence
- Coach, develop, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service
- Participate actively in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen activities
- Open and close shifts, act as a key holder, and manage cash drawers
- Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
- Set a positive tone for the team by leading by example
Qualifications and Skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and encouraging team player
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to make emotional connections with guests and team members
- Reliable transportation and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to superior customer service and team accountability
