We are seeking a strong, motivated, and hands-on leader who can inspire, develop, and hold a team accountable while driving operational excellence in our Back of House operations. This individual will lead by example, establish a culture of high performance, and take ownership of developing team members, maintaining exceptional food quality, and delivering consistent operational results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operational Excellence: Drive daily kitchen operations through strong leadership, efficient execution, and continuous improvement.
- Build a Culture of Accountability: Establish clear expectations, promote teamwork, and create an environment where team members take pride in their performance.
- Lead, Train, and Develop Team Members: Coach and motivate the Back of House team to consistently meet Chick-fil-A operational standards.
- Maintain Food Quality and Safety: Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to all food safety procedures.
- Manage Labor and Food Costs: Take ownership of labor efficiency, food waste, inventory management, and controllable expenses to achieve operational and profitability goals.
- Develop Future Leaders: Identify high-potential team members, provide ongoing coaching, and build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
