Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the back of house team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
• Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring safety and cleanliness standards
• Oversee inventory control and food preparation processes
• Support team members’ growth through effective coaching and training

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have a high school degree
• Motivated and dynamic leader with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
