What You'll Do:
- Cook and portion menu items to Martin's standards - consistency and quality, every plate
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and moving during the rush
- Work alongside a crew that treats the kitchen like a team sport
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards without being asked twice
What We're Looking For:
- Kitchen experience preferred, but a strong work ethic matters more
- Someone who can keep their cool when it gets busy
