Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint is looking for a Line Cook who takes pride in doing things the right way — fast, clean, and made to order. If you love a fast-moving kitchen, a team that has your back, and BBQ done the right way, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Cook and portion menu items to Martin's standards - consistency and quality, every plate
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and moving during the rush
• Work alongside a crew that treats the kitchen like a team sport
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards without being asked twice

What We're Looking For:

• Kitchen experience preferred, but a strong work ethic matters more
• Someone who can keep their cool when it gets busy
• A team player who shows up and pulls their weight
• Willingness to learn the Martin's way of doing BBQ right

Pat Martin learned the art and craft of West Tennessee-style smoke and meat 25 years ago in the tiny town of Henderson, TN before making Nashville his home. It became a consuming passion that eventually led to a business when he opened the first Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint in October of 2006 in Nolensville, Tennessee - just south of Nashville. Today, there are ten Martin’s locations in the Nashville area, Louisville Kentucky, Birmingham Alabama, and our newest location in Charleston South Carolina.
