Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, safety, and cleanliness
• Ensure strict adherence to Chick-fil-A food safety and quality standards
• Lead, coach, and develop back-of-house leaders and team members
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control efficiently
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
• Create and sustain a positive, high-performance kitchen culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to food safety and operational excellence
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with flexible shifts including day, night, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• 8 to 10-hour shifts available
• On-site role at Chick-fil-A Maple Valley
