This role is designed to accelerate the growth of future organizational leaders by providing structure and direct exposure to the inner workings of Chick-fil-A. Position Type:
• Full-time (40+ hours)

Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open (5:00 AM) and/or closing (11:00 PM) availability
- Lead operations, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior Chick-fil-A Director level experience IS required; 1 year+ worth of experience, not employed at another location
