Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of core business services and APIs. In this role, the primary focus will be robust engineering and high-performance backends using Ruby on Rails. As the platform scales toward distributed microservices, Associate will also interface with multi-language services, making hands-on experience or familiarity with Java and Go (Golang) a distinct advantage.
