Pay Range: $60 - $90/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities;

• *Note- The resource will be in direct touch with Business teams.
• Lead the design, setup, and configuration of new Baan 5 companies.
• Provide strong Baan 5 technical and functional expertise, with deep knowledge of at least one major functional area.
• Manage data migration activities, working closely with the Informatica/ETL team.
• Perform and validate Exchange Scheme imports and ensure accurate data loading.
• Validate migrated data, system functionality, and overall solution readiness.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and warranty activities.
• Translate client requirements into scalable and deliverable Baan 5 solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate integration and exchange patterns to ensure effective connectivity across systems.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 8+ years of experience with Baan 5/In­for.
• Strong Baan 5 technical and functional knowledge.
• Experience with Baan 5 company setup/configuration.
• Experience with Exchange Scheme imports.
• Strong understanding of data migration and validation.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Warranty.
• Strong requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
