Join a global manufacturing powerhouse as we plant our roots in the United States. This is a rare opportunity to be part of our very first US location, combining the stability and resources of an international leader with the high-impact, "blank canvas" energy of a new site launch.
We are looking for a highly analytical Technical Process & Quality Analyst to bridge the gap between engineering and operations. This is a contract-to-hire position designed for professionals who want to prove their value and transition into a permanent role that offers world-class, industry-leading benefits.
You will be responsible for the analysis, optimization, and documentation of complex manufacturing processes. From managing New Product Introductions (NPI) to conducting deep-dive quality audits, your work ensures our first US facility operates at peak global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Use industrial engineering analysis to support test processes and design resource requirements (labor, tooling, and layout).
NPI Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between Engineering and Operations, managing the transition of new products from concept to mass production.
Quality & Auditing: Conduct physical and visual inspections and perform rigorous line audits to identify and resolve defects.
Efficiency Analysis: Conduct time and motion studies to support line balancing and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Data & Documentation: Maintain critical process documentation (LOB, SFC, Layouts) using AutoCAD and manage BOM/Engineering Change (EC) data within SAP.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and utilize root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D, PDCA) to solve complex production issues.
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP is highly preferred.
Lean Expertise: Advanced knowledge or certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt).
Problem Solving: A mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, PDCA) and a sharp eye for detail.
Communication: The ability to translate complex engineering data into actionable steps for production teams.
Global Scale, Local Impact: Be a foundational member of our inaugural US team.
Path to Permanency: This contract-to-hire bridge allows you to showcase your skills with a clear trajectory toward a long-term career.
World-Class Benefits: Upon permanent hire, you will gain access to a premier benefits suite that outpaces the market, designed to support your health, wealth, and future.
