Job Title: Process and Industrial Engineer Manager
 
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and compliance with established standards. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, leads technical projects, and provides training to manufacturing staff to minimize process deviations and achieve best-in-class performance indicators such as UPH (Units Per Hour) and overall efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Utilize data analysis and process modeling techniques to drive decision-making and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality assurance practices.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring that all processes align with safety protocols and best practices.
- Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 7 to 15 years.
