    B2B Sales Specialist

    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Salary Range: TBD
    Work Schedule:

    • Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST

    • Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

    • Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

    About the Role

    We're looking for a driven, people-forward B2B Sales Specialist to generate and grow business opportunities for U.S.-based clients. You'll work warm leads, represent our brand at events and expos, engage with local business communities, and build relationships that convert. This is a boots-on-the-ground sales role; you'll be out in the field, in the room, and at the table making things happen.


    Core Responsibilities

    Outbound Sales & Lead Management

    • Work warm leads and follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits

    • Identify and engage decision-makers, business owners, executives, and department heads

    • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or consultations for the senior sales team

    Field Sales & Event Representation

    • Attend expos, trade shows, and community events, assist with booth setup, engage attendees, and distribute marketing materials, including flyers and brochures

    • Conduct on-site visits and in-person follow-ups with potential clients

    • Travel locally and regionally to represent the company at various events and business engagements

    Community & Partnership Engagement

    • Build relationships with local chambers of commerce and business organizations

    • Conduct and participate in webinars to promote services and generate interest

    Pipeline & Sales Team Coordination

    • Track all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM

    • Share prospect feedback and data insights with the team to improve outreach and conversion rates

    • Support basic client onboarding steps when necessary


    Candidate Qualifications

    Must-Haves

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on warm leads and relationship-based selling

    • 2+ years of experience using CRM systems and sales tools

    • Willingness and ability to travel locally and regionally for events and client visits

    • Strong persistence, resilience, and professional presence in the field

    • Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written

    Good to Haves

    • 2+ years of experience in staffing, technology, cybersecurity, or related B2B services

    • Familiarity with chambers of commerce or local business networks

    • Previous experience conducting or supporting webinars
