Summary:
LeadAdvisors is engaging B2B Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to run multi-touch outbound — cold call, email, and LinkedIn — against our ICP and book qualified discovery calls for the Closer team. You work from a vetted target list, follow proven cadences, and have a clear path to a Closer seat within 12–18 months for top performers. This is an independent-contractor engagement, fully remote, reporting to the Outbound Team Lead.
What You'll Own:
- Database reactivation. Re-engage LeadAdvisors' existing client and prospect database — we have an established BPO footprint and a backlog of accounts looking for outsourcing, digital growth, automation, and lead generation.
- Decision-maker outreach. Build direct conversations with business owners, founders, VPs, and other stakeholders at target accounts.
- Outbound volume. Run 50–100 outbound dials/day against assigned accounts, on cadence.
- Multi-channel touches. Send personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages as part of a structured sequence — not spray-and-pray.
- Booked meetings. Set 5 qualified discovery calls/day 20/week with the Closer team (product overview + demo).
- CRM hygiene. Maintain accurate activity logs — dials, connects, conversations, dispositions — same-day, every day.
- Clean handoffs. Hand off every booked call with a written brief: company, contact, pain hypothesis, why-now, next step.
- KPI accountability. Hit weekly baselines on dials, conversations, and meetings booked.
- Continuous testing. Test messaging variations (openers, subject lines, LinkedIn DMs) and report what's working in the weekly team review.
Requirements:
- 1+ year B2B outbound experience — SDR, BDR, Business Development, or Account Executive support.
- Sales mindset, not call-center mindset — consultative, curious, comfortable holding a business conversation with a decision-maker.
- Strong verbal English and professional phone presence on US/CA calls.
- Comfortable hearing "no" 50+ times a day without losing energy, tone, or pace.
- Hands-on CRM and dialer experience — HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, Vici, Ytel, or equivalent.
- Written English strong enough for personalized cold emails and LinkedIn DMs (tested in-process).
- Reliable home setup — wired internet 25 Mbps, quiet workspace, USB headset, backup power/internet.
- Bonus: prior US/CA cold-calling experience, or sold B2B services (BPO, marketing, software) before.
