Advosy is hiring a true B2B hunter to build referral partnerships with insurance agents, contractors, plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, and real estate professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and close referral partnerships across insurance and home service industries
• Prospect daily through drop-ins, calls, networking groups, and in-person meetings
• Educate partners on Advosy’s insurance claim + in-house service model
• Generate consistent referral flow for roofing, restoration, and HVAC projects
• Own your pipeline, follow-up, and partner relationships
• Stay active in networking events, trade groups, and local associations

What You Bring:

• B2B sales / business development experience
• Background in roofing, restoration, HVAC, or insurance sales strongly preferred
• Understanding of homeowners' insurance claims is a major plus
• Self-starter: organized, accountable, and driven without supervision
• Strong communication and professional presence in the field
• High energy, resilient, and competitive
• Coachable, but not dependent

Compensation:

• Draw + Uncapped Commission
• Top reps earning $120K+
• Vehicle and Phone Allowance
