Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow our presence in the corporate and government markets. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions that drive revenue and long-term partnerships. The right candidate is consultative, relationship-focused, and motivated by results. You understand how to navigate complex buying processes, connect with decision-makers, and move opportunities from prospect to close.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and government sectors • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, project managers, and procurement teams • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, project management, and customer service, to deliver seamless solutions • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, and pipeline updates • Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree preferred, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience • Experience in furniture design, real estate, construction, or related industries preferred • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline • Ability to travel locally up to 50
