Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily inperson B2B sales visits with small and medium-sized businesses
Meet with business owners, HR managers, and key decision makers
Present supplemental insurance and employee benefits solutions in group and 1:1 settings
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop a referral-driven book of business
Manage your pipeline using our proprietary CRM system
Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of high performance in sales or customer-facing roles
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
