Job Title: B2B Outside Sales Representative - Signs & Graphics Compensation: $22 - $28/hr Base + Uncapped Commission (First Year OTE: $10,000-$20,000)

About the Role: Every business you drive past is a potential client. At FASTSIGNS of Whittier, we help businesses build their brand and solve visibility challenges through custom signs and graphics. We are looking for a driven, hunter-mentality B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

If you are a self-starter who thrives on cold-calling, building relationships, and closing deals, the earning potential in this industry is limitless. You will be selling a tangible, highly customized product line that changes by the minute and directly impacts your clients' success.


What You Will Do:

  • Hunt for New Business: Actively prospect, cold-call, and network within the local Whittier/Los Angeles market to generate new B2B leads.
  • Consult & Solve: Conduct on-site meetings with clients across various industries to assess their needs, measure spaces, and propose impactful signage solutions.
  • Manage the Pipeline: Drive the sales process from initial contact to project completion, maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
    Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: 1-3+ years of proven success in an outside, B2B, or commission-based sales environment.
    Drive: A resilient, self-motivated closer who is comfortable generating their own leads.
    Skills: Strong consultative selling, communication, and time-management skills.
    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software to track activities and manage a pipeline.
    Bonus Points: Prior experience in signage, graphics, printing, or a related commercial industry is a massive plus, but we will train the right sales professional.
