B2B Inside Sales Representative

Base Salary $23.50/hour + performance-based bonus opportunities $1400 retention bonus * help us grow our sales representative team eligible for generous employee referral bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do 

You’ll connect with small business customers and prospects to understand their needs, recommend business solutions, and support new sales and expanded customer relationships. Using your consultative sales, product, and customer discovery skills, you’ll help customers see how available solutions can support their bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and cash flow needs.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Connect with customers and prospects by phone, chat, meetings, and outbound follow-up
• Lead discovery conversations to understand business needs and workflows
• Recommend, demo, and sell solutions based on customer needs Identify additional offerings that may support the customer’s business 
• Use sales tools to log activity, manage pipeline steps, and support follow-up
• Meet productivity, sales, availability, pipeline, and adherence expectations

What You Bring to the Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of contact center experience supporting inbound and outbound interactions
• 2+ years of applied sales experience with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, technical solutions, account management, pipeline management, or small business sales
• Ability to understand customer needs and clearly explain technical solutions and business value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clarity and detail
