As a Ford Certified Technician, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure our customers’ vehicles stay in top condition. Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.)
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and estimated time for completion
Execute repairs under warranty and follow manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Ford Certification
ASE Certification preferred
Minimum 2+ years of Service Technician experience (Ford dealership experience preferred)
B-Level qualifications including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate diagnostic and electronic equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
