JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Technical/Functional
· Design and implement Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Client Entra ID) solutions for authentication, authorization, and identity governance
· Manage user identities, roles, and access controls (RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access) · Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation
· Configure and manage Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity scenarios · Monitor and remediate identity-related security vulnerabilities and risks · Perform access reviews, auditing, and compliance reporting · Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and third-party services
· Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting tools
· Support incident response and troubleshooting related to identity and access issues
· Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to enforce IAM best practices

Roles & Responsibilities ·
Strong experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

Generic Managerial Skills · Must be detailed oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be an aggressive self-starter.
· A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and issue ownership. · Understanding of ITIL concepts desired.

Education · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. · 5–10 years of experience in IT security, system administration, or vulnerability management. · Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, or SC-900 are a plus.
