Azure DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, US – Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer to support cloud applications, infrastructure, data platforms, and production operations in a Microsoft Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Azure applications, infrastructure, and production environments.

• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues.

• Manage and support Azure services including AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, App Services, Functions, and Key Vault.

• Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes/AKS clusters and containerized applications.

• Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.

• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot ETL/data integration issues.

• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.

• Maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and operational documentation.

• Identify opportunities for automation and improve platform reliability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes.

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Azure Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, Functions, and Key Vault.

• Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools.

• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.

• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Experience with incident management, RCA, and problem resolution.

• Good scripting/automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
