As an Azure DevOps Consultant at Experient, you will join a collaborative, cross-functional technology pod delivering modern, AI-enabled solutions that help clients accelerate digital transformation and achieve meaningful business outcomes. Working alongside cloud architects, software engineers, technical analysts, and product leaders, you will help clients modernize the way they build, deploy, secure, and operate technology solutions.

In this role, you will partner closely with clients and your delivery team to design and implement scalable Azure DevOps solutions that enable faster, more reliable software delivery. Leveraging Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, cloud-native technologies, and modern engineering practices, you will streamline development pipelines, strengthen platform reliability, and create the foundation for AI-powered innovation. Location: Hybrid  *3 days a week on site in Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody area).  Relocation assistance is not available.*

What You'll Do

• This is a hands-on role where most of your time will be writing code assisting the client engineering team by automating technology infrastructure, system management, and application monitoring.
• Configuring Azure DBs, networks, and terraform scripts in addition to other infrastructure as code activities.
• Bring a level of Energy, drive, and ownership to knock down barriers and get things done.
• Work with clients designing, developing, and supporting systems.
• Look at the bigger picture; understand how the technology will fit within the client’s ecosystem and consider how the technology will impact people and processes.
• Mentor engineers on SRE best practices.
• Update the client on team progress, challenges, and risks.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Boost team velocity by developing and implementing quality code in line with Acceptance Criteria and Definition Of Done.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
• 2-4 years of experience with ADO (Azure DevOps)
• Experience developing software in a cloud-based environment (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure DevOps)
• Experience with Terraform
• Consulting experience or experience working with a client relationship
• Experience with AI enablement (comfortable with using AI to help write code)
• Self Sufficiency, Initiative, and Positive attitude with the ability to work well with client and Experient team members
• Experience working with APIs
• Maintain clean “code hygiene” and adhering to coding standards (formatting and documenting code, code merges with other engineer’s code).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology
• Familiarity / experience with GIT
• Strong, collaborative team player
• Able to work independently
• Python development experience would be nice to have
