Description
Role: Azure Administrator
Location: Libertyville, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: Longterm Contract
• Support and operate on-prem and cloud server environments (VMware, Azure VMs)
• Ensure availability, performance, and capacity of compute platforms supporting
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for server and storage incidents
• Manage VMware hosts, clusters, datastores, and virtual machine lifecycle
• Support Azure VM provisioning, scaling, and performance optimization
• Operate and monitor IBM i systems and coordinate infrastructure support for SAP workloads
• Manage Dell PowerStore and Dell Isilon storage platforms, including provisioning and optimization
• Monitor storage capacity, performance, and availability to prevent service impact
• Operate Commvault backup environment and ensure backup success and restore readiness
• Manage Zerto replication, DR health, and support failover and recovery testing
• Monitor servers, storage, backup, and cloud resources using LogicMonitor
• Analyze alerts, reduce noise, and proactively identify performance and capacity risks
• Support ServiceNow ITSM processes for incidents, changes, and service requests
• Provide infrastructure-level support for SQL databases and email platforms
• Maintain configurations, documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives
