Days- M -F, 8-hour shiftsFull-time COTA for SNF- Provideoccupational therapy services under the supervision of an OccupationalTherapist - Assist indeveloping and implementing treatment plans for patients - Conductassessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals - Administertherapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' motor skills,coordination, and functional abilities - Teachpatients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices - Monitor anddocument patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaboratewith other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Required Certs: BLS, FCC
