Job Description:
"- Lead overall solution architecture for the migration and modernization of Starbucks Customer Care capabilities leveraging AWS services.
- Assess current-state ServiceNow CSM, integrations, data flows, and operational processes.
- Define target-state architecture incorporating Amazon Connect, Bedrock, AWS-native services, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop architecture principles, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align technology decisions with customer experience objectives.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks, security requirements, and migration considerations.
- Produce architecture deliverables, sizing assumptions, and implementation recommendations.
- Support executive reviews and strategic decision-making throughout the assessment."
