Description
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience administering and supporting enterprise-level hybrid IT infrastructure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with provisioning, supporting, and maintaining cloud resources natively within AWS.
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networking protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and switches.
- Experience in managing hybrid identity and access systems utilizing Active Directory, Intune, and conditional access policies.
- Experience in automating operational workflows and infrastructure monitoring utilizing PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to translate technical concepts and build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 cloud services, tenant identity layers, and SaaS platforms across the enterprise.
- Maintain and troubleshoot corporate LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and firewall connectivity across distributed hybrid environments.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure resources securely within AWS environments to support major modernization projects.
- Govern hybrid access management systems, endpoint compliance configurations, and multi-factor authentication policies.
- Script automated workflows to streamline daily operational tasks, infrastructure monitoring, and system alerts.
- Implement security controls, execute vulnerability remediation protocols, and participate in incident response activities.
- Author detailed technical system documentation and collaborate directly with third-party vendors to resolve platform anomalies.
