Job Description/ Responsibilities :
Serve as an AWS DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Engineer for payer-focused cloud platforms. Own CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes platform operations, observability, release reliability, and DevSecOps practices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; develop Terraform IaC for AWS services, IAM, networking, monitoring, and Kubernetes components; operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms; implement Bamboo, Tekton, and ArgoCD workflows; apply SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs, incident response, runbooks, and MTTR reduction; configure CloudWatch/observability dashboards, logs, metrics, traces, and alerts; automate recurring operational activities; partner with architecture, security, QA, development, and operations teams; embed DevSecOps controls; and support production troubleshooting.
Experience: 8–10 years. Technology stack: AWS, DevOps, SRE, Terraform, Kubernetes, Observability, CI/CD, GitOps.
Certification expectation: at least one certification on AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform. Nice-to-have skills include Docker, Helm, Prometheus/Grafana, Python/Shell, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, DevSecOps, and CloudFront. Experience in regulated healthcare, payer, or enterprise cloud environments is preferred.
