    Job Description

    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    • Proficient AWS developer with Java programming language. Should be able to work on proxy creation of API's, dependency libraries upgrade, jdk upgrade etc.
    • Experience of creating AWS Lex.
    • Proficiency in Amazon Connect console and flow designer, including an in-depth understanding of various contact flow blocks.
    • Knowledge of contact routing strategies, queues, and agent configuration etc.
    • Understanding of AWS services relevant to Amazon Connect (e.g Lambda,S3,Dynamo DB) for integration.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline to commit codes in GIT and move to other environments.
