Role Name: AWS Connect Architect
Location: Seattle, WA. ONSITE.
Job Description:
- Lead assessment and design of the target-state contact center solution utilizing Amazon Connect.
- Define call routing, IVR, omnichannel engagement, workforce, and agent experience capabilities.
- Evaluate migration approaches from existing customer service workflows to Amazon Connect.
- Design integrations with ServiceNow CSM, CRM, identity, reporting, and enterprise platforms.
- Assess opportunities for AI-powered self-service, agent assist, and conversational experiences.
- Define high availability, scalability, security, and operational support requirements.
- Collaborate with AWS SMEs and customer stakeholders on architecture decisions.
- Produce implementation roadmap, technical architecture, and migration recommendations."
