    Job Summary

    Infosys is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to support infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives for State Street. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Linux/Unix administration, automation, infrastructure management, and cloud security. The engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining highly available cloud environments while ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
    • Administer and troubleshoot Linux/Unix servers in production environments.
    • Build scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
    • Configure and manage EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
    • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance tuning.
    • Work closely with application, DevOps, and security teams.
    • Perform OS patching, server hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
    • Support disaster recovery and backup strategies.
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
    • Participate in production support and on-call rotations.
    • Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
    • Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with enterprise security standards.

    • Strong scripting skills using Bash or Python.
    • Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
    • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
    • Experience implementing cloud security best practices.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
    • AWS SysOps Administrator Certification
    • AWS DevOps Engineer Certification
    • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
    • Kubernetes (CKA) Certification
    • Financial Services or Banking domain experience
    • Experience supporting mission-critical production environments
