Title: AWS Cloud Application Developer
Locations: McLean, VA
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $55-$58/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, PySpark, and Event-Driven Architecture. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, serverless technologies, and modern CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Develop scalable event-driven architectures using Kafka and messaging frameworks.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs utilizing AWS API Gateway and Lambda.
- Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
- Build and manage containerized applications using EKS, ECS, and Fargate.
- Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation.
- Develop and optimize data processing solutions using PySpark and Spark.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.
- Monitor application health and performance using CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray.
- Design and manage secure cloud environments leveraging IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.
- Manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions using EBS and S3.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver business-critical solutions.
