AWS Administrator with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure management, automation, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS administration, cost optimization, and end-to-end solution delivery, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Roles & Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security.
- Administer, monitor, and optimize AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and VPC.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document infrastructure requirements.
- Manage both structured and unstructured data across AWS and Oracle environments.
- Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and related tools.
- Perform Linux and Windows system administration tasks to ensure system stability and performance.
- Optimize cloud resource costs while maintaining performance benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, best practices, and governance guidelines.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Support multi-site, multicultural teams and mentor junior members.
Required Skills & Experience- 8+ years of professional experience in AWS administration.
- Expertise in Data & Analytics solutions within AWS and Oracle environments.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration.
- Strong knowledge of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cost optimization.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills & Experience- AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
- Experience with Big Data tools like Hive, Spark, Oozie, Impala, Sqoop.
- Expertise in ETL tools such as Informatica and/or Talend.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, R.
- Experience with data lineage, profiling, and metadata management.
