How will this role impact First Command?
The AVP, Operations Support leads critical bank operations functions, including ACH and wire transfer processing, deposit operations, and operational readiness activities. Reporting to the VP, Bank Operations, this leader is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of operational processes while maintaining a strong control environment and exceptional service delivery. The role drives operational excellence through risk management, process improvement, team development, and cross-functional partnership to support the bank''s strategic objectives.
